STEP 1 Download SyphonShield from Google Play Store or DOWNLOAD IT HERE
STEP 2 Configure your SyphonShield just like how you configure your Psiphon Handler , using the magic IPs and ports below (if you don't know how, refer to the screenshot above):

STEP 3 After successful connection, hit the connect button. It might take a while to connect.
After successful connection, start browsing. Minimum download speed is 512kb/sec.
